When you submit the best-offer form, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone, property address, selected path (list, cash, or not sure), timeline, and any optional notes, goals, occupancy, or reason for selling. If you call or text, we keep the information needed to respond.
How we use it
We use your information to triage list vs. cash paths, contact you about next steps, schedule conversations or property visits, and support a listing or purchase only if you choose to move forward. We do not sell your contact information.
How we receive form submissions
Requests submitted through this website are delivered to Martin’s team through a secure form relay. The relay address is not published on this page. You may also call or text (888) 801-1123 for faster service.
Sharing
We may share information with title companies, attorneys, brokerage staff, or other professionals only as needed to evaluate or complete a transaction you choose to pursue. We do not use your submission for unrelated marketing lists.
Retention
We keep inquiry and transaction records as long as needed for legitimate business, legal, and tax purposes, then dispose of them when they are no longer required.
Your choices
